Teaching Statement
     T
eaching is a kind of ART.  In my opinion, teaching and learning process can be a lot of fun as long as teachers
use the right techniques to the right learners.  It is great to combine teaching and learning process with different
elements, such as new technology, topics, fashions, etc. Teaching techniques should be full of variety and diversity.
By doing so, the learning process can be much more interesting and colorful to motivate different kinds of learners'
interests.  In addition, teaching learners how to fish instead of giving them a lot of fish is crucial.  Learners have the
potentials to develop their positive learning techniques and skills in order to interact with each other and the teachers.
If the teachers can enjoy the teaching process and the learners can appreciate what they learn, how successful and
wonderful life it is!
